Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of £100 will be taken from you upon arrival at your holiday home. This fee will be refunded to you if there is no disruption or damage during the general control, which will be held 10 minutes before your departure time.

NOTE: There is a possibility of butterflies, insects, ants, flies etc. in all villas and cottages located in nature. Against this, it is regularly sprayed. This note is not related to this house, but is valid for all our houses located in nature.

For stays of 5 nights or less, reservations are accepted for an extra £50 cleaning fee.
