The Council of Foreign Ministers of the OTS met to finalize the documents to be signed by the Heads of State ahead of the Astana Summit to be held on 3 November 2023 and to discuss various issues on the agenda of the Organization.

TDT Dışişleri Bakanları Konseyi, 3 Kasım 2023 tarihinde dğzenlenecek olan Astana Zirvesi evvelinde, Devlet Başkanları tarafından imzalanacak belgelere son şeklini vermek ve Teşkilat gündemindeki çeşitli konuları görüşmek üzere toplandı.
