How is the European Union fighting the latest outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease?
Following cases in Germany earlier this year and Hungary a few weeks ago, Slovakia is currently facing a significant outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease. Is the European Union properly prepared to fight this extremely contagious virus that is terrorising some livestock farms?
