The Felix Project is a charity that aims to end London’s hunger crisis by rescuing surplus produce from the food industry that cannot be sold and would otherwise go to waste. The Felix Project, which was set up by Justin Byam Shaw, in memory of his son Felix, who died suddenly from Meningitis in 2014, is launching a campaign where they call on London restaurants to help raise funds by signing up to “The Felix Project’s Restaurants Feed London.”
